Overview:

Jeremy Irving from DWF's Corporate Insurance team will present on the current key issues in the UK's implementation of the Insurance Distribution Directive ("IDD") and the Senior Managers & Certification Regime ("SMCR"), and how these issues could affect current general insurance business models, market culture and the regulators' approach to market participants from 2018 onwards.

Jeremy will also discuss factors which are already in play before IDD and SMCR implementation and which could have material consequences for future insurance business operations.

Jeremy is a Partner DWF London office. Jeremy specialises in providing compliance, regulatory and operational advice to clients in the insurance sector, including investigations, disputes and commercial/corporate matters that could affect clients' standing with regulators.
