The profits from events organised by the Birmingham Insurance Institute Young Professionals during the year are donated to the Presidents chosen charity for the year, The Way Wolverhampton Youth Zone and/or The Insurance Charities.
The race will start and finish in the beautiful grounds surrounding Tamworth Castle and will wind its way through the grounds out into the town before following a section along the canal in Fazeley before returning to the Castle grounds.
Arrival from 9.30am to collect numbers; Race start 10.30am

Directions – The Castle is situated in the heart of Tamworth town centre. By road: from the M1/M6 northbound take the M42 and exit at junction 10. From the M6 southbound exit at junction 12 and approach Tamworth via the A5. By train, Tamworth is well served by train from London and the north-west with London Midland. Book online at http://www.londonmidland.com/ and you’ll pay no booking fees or postage. The station is just a 10 minute walk from the castle. There are a number of car parks in Tamworth town centre. The brown Tamworth castle signs direct drivers to the Jolly Sailor car park. This is a long stay car park with coach park facilities. It is a short 5-7 minute walk through the castle grounds to the castle. The short stay Holloway car park is a smaller car park but closer to the castle, located on Silver Street.
