Will heads QuestGates’ cyber and financial lines teams, as an experienced insurance solicitor and senior loss adjuster in the London Market. He qualified as a defendant insurance litigator at Plexus Legal LLP, later joining ASL International loss adjusters specialising in cyber and financial lines investigations. He focuses predominately on high-value and complex ransomware attacks, digital asset thefts/recoveries and financial risk. Will has particular expertise in crypto disputes and fraudulent token schemes, as well as operating as an incident response manager for cyber-attacks. He also has a wealth of experience in dealing with professional liability and management claims, as well as providing litigation support. Will previously served at the Financial Ombudsman Service and worked with UK law enforcement.
