Speakers:

Holly Henshaw is an Associate at Kennedys based in the Birmingham office with over 10 years’ experience in professional indemnity. Holly also qualified in Republic of Ireland in 2017. Holly defends claims against lawyers, construction professionals and accountants to name a few.

Jess is an SQE trainee solicitor at Kennedys, assisting Holly with the preparation of this presentation. Jess has been at the firm since September 2021 and for the duration of her training contract, she is be based within the Professional Negligence team.
