Clydes & Co’s employment law specialists are delighted to present a session on post-terminations restrictive covenants, during which we will be looking to answer:

Speakers – Tom Saville & Jessica Mullen

Tom's approach is focussed on achieving practical and commercial solutions to fulfil the bespoke ambitions of each and every client. Tom advises on all aspects of people planning and people problems in a range of industry sectors. This includes advising on employment rights issues such as organisational restructuring, restrictive covenant disputes, high profile and senior executive terminations and cross-jurisdiction projects. Tom is also hugely experienced in defending Employment Tribunal litigation including unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination and TUPE claims. In addition to this, Tom advises on technical human resource issues including disciplinary and grievance issues, capability and performance, and levels of risk on termination. Tom regularly takes part in client seminars on recent developments in employment law, best practice and practical guidance on approaching difficult employment issues.

Jessica is an Associate in the Employment Team in our Manchester office, and has been with Clyde & Co since August 2016.

Jessica has wide ranging experience in defending employers in Employment Tribunal litigation, including against claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. Jessica also provides advisory support to clients, both regional and national, across a number of different sectors including digital technology, construction and logistics. Jessica has experience in providing advice on a variety of employment law matters including disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy procedures and data subject access requests.

In addition to her Tribunal and advisory work, Jessica also assists clients with the preparation and implementation of company policies, procedures and employment contracts.
