Non-financial misconduct in General Insurance
This event will focus on the various FCA statements and publications setting out the revised supervisory agenda for the GI market and will cover proposed changes to SMCR and FIT rules, sharing of survey results of 1,028 employers (cover 326,000 employees), press coverage in and out of the sector, the Sexism in the City Report and why a better culture is needed together with wholesale changes in behaviour. We will also look at the new law that firms are subject to from 26 October 2024 to prevent sexual harassment at work.
