Speaker Bio - David Scales
David Scales is a Senior Claims Consultant and qualified loss adjuster working for Hamilton Bond Ltd and Marsh Claims Solutions. After working for various loss adjusting firms for almost 20 years he now prepares, presents and negotiates commercial and corporate property claims on behalf of Policyholder’s, supporting them throughout the claims process and looking to achieve best possible settlement.
The presentation will involve real life claims scenarios and aim to demonstrate the substantial benefits professional claim representation can provide for Policyholders, brokers, insurers and even loss adjusters in the claims process (and a bit at the end about underinsurance for good measure!)
