Dress code:  Black tie

Menu

Starters:

Roasted tomato, red pepper and smoked paprika soup, oregano croutons (VG)

or

Chicken and red current pate log, soda bread, red onion marmalade

Main:

Braised ox cheek, smoked beef fat mashed potato, chard leek, caper berry jus

or

Broccoli and cauliflower arancini, griddled asparagus and leek salad, warm butter sauce (V)

Dessert:

A selection of desserts will be served buffet style

Tea and Coffee

Pre-order drinks should be submitted to the hotel by 24th January 2025.

Entertainment:

After dinner entertainment will be provided by Lionel Vinyl 'The Undisputed King of Disco!'

General Information:

Parking is available at the venue, you will need to scan a QR code to register your vehicle to avoid parking charges.
