The training being offered will cover the subject of underinsurance, which the industry recognises as a major issue. We will look specifically at contents insurance, primarily for private clients, but also commercial.

Menopause; What Everyone Needs to Know (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Month)
Menopause is a reality for every biological woman and it is vital to understand how menopause can affect psychological, emotional and physical health. This empowering session is for women, and anyone that lives with or works with women. The aim of the session is to raise awareness on menopause, to empower women and those that love them, and to share practical guidance on supporting someone (or yourself) through menopause.

This session will explore the challenges relating to socio-economic backgrounds, and why this is important to consider in a work context. We will then look at the concept of Inclusive Leadership and the importance of creating inclusive environments. You will have the opportunity to explore and discuss how you can apply these principles to your own workplace.
