Session

We will look at a real case study of an owner managed business (husband and wife), who together have a large cash balance. They want to pursue other interests but need the cash to fund these such as investing their funds for retirement later on and buying a holiday home in Florida. The sale of the business is not possible.

This session will look at the options that were made available and how the client's objectives were met together with an overview of the new Targeted Anti-avoidance Rules.
