Regional Chartered Body Alliance Investment Conference

Following the success of our previous investment conferences, held in conjunction with the CISI, our next event will be held on Wednesday 21st September 2022 at the DoubleTree Hilton in Chester.

This is our first face-to-face joint event since January 2020, so please join us again for a range of speakers and topics as well as the opportunity to network with your peers.

- Vanessa Sinclair - Equity Investment Specialist at GAM
- Opportunities in a Challenging Environment - Emerging Market & Asian Equities. Vanessa will aim to cover the region, highlighting the pros and cons of investing in EM equities. She will also explore the cost of decarbonisation and the impact of the rise of the Asian Middle class.

11.15am 3rd Speaker:
- Jim Winter - Regional Director at the CISI
- Integrity Matters - Jim will be running Integrity at Work, an interactive workshop. The workshop explores real-life ethical challenges experienced in the workplace and offers attendees the opportunity to vote, using polls, on how they would respond should they be faced with these challenges.

- I will hear an update on investing in AIM.

- I will gain a further understanding of the pros and cons of investing in EM equities; the cost of decarbonisation and the impact of the rise of the Asian Middle class.

- I will be given the opportunity to consider real-life ethical challenges experienced in the work place and decide how I would respond should I be faced with similar challenges at work or in the future
