The Insurance Society of Edinburgh is happy to announce that their next event will focus on Mastering Mediation

The seminar will be presented by Jane Fender-Allison is a Senior Associate at CMS and Gemma Lampert is Partner at CMS specialising in dispute resolution

Jane specialises solely in dispute resolution, primarily in the construction and energy markets. Jane advises both the public and private sector on alternative dispute resolution, in particular mediation. Jane became an accredited mediator in 2012 and has mediated on a range of commercial and civil issues. She was accredited as a Specialist in Commercial Mediation by the Law Society of Scotland in 2015.

Gemma is based in Edinburgh, but focuses on English and international disputes, in particular untangling conflict in complex commercial contracts. Gemma is regularly involved in mediation as a process to cut short more time consuming and costly litigation and arbitration proceedings.
