Learning Objectives
At the end of this presentation delegates will be able to identify:

• An overview of basic Marine Covers, including Cargo and Freight Liability
• Current issues: threats to Cargo in Containers, Cargo Theft, & Load securing issues
• Practical implications of SOLAS - Chapter VI Part A Regulation 2 amendment - Applicable July 2016 (container weighing) - update
• An update on Hanjin Shipping Line in receivership

It will be suitable for anyone advising clients on marine insurance issues.
