  • how arrangements can be set up on a tax-efficient and flexible way to meet such needs
  • the tax implications of business succession and business continuation arrangements
  • the key legal documents needed for a successful business succession arrangement

Speaker's biography
Paul Duckworth FPFS is a well respected trainer in the Financial Services field and has a presence with the PFS at a National Level. Paul is a Fellow of the PFS and a former chartered champion for the PFS within the Yorkshire Region, he has 35 years experience in this area.
