Leeds Mind: Multicoloured Monday

Blue Monday is a name given to a day in January reported to be the most depressing day of the year and many people who live with depression know that those feelings aren't dictated by the date, so Leeds Mind have decided to rename "Blue Monday" and celebrate the 21st January as "Multicoloured Monday".

We are asking the insurance and financial profession to join in. So why not get dressed in the brightest coloured items of clothes you can find in your wardrobe and celebrate. On the day your company can make a donation to Leeds Mind to help us achieve the vision of better heath for all.
