Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Panel Discussion

Join us for our latest IIL Community Month event - a Panel Discussion with a number of industry inclusion groups exploring the topic of how various aspects of E,D & I manifest themselves in the world of work and the wider community.

Institute Past President Melanie Jordan will host the discussion with a panel which includes members from each of the following industry Inclusion groups:

Learning Objectives
At the end of this session delegates will be able to identify:

• How various aspects of DE manifest themselves in the world of work and the wider community. 
• How businesses (particularly in the insurance sector) can support their staff and encourage a more open environment.
• An understanding of intersectionality

The panel will start off as a general discussion on the above points but will also take questions (both advance and on the day) from attendees.
