Webinar: Making an Impact – Your Personal Brand: What? How? Why?
Overview
What do people say about you when you’re not in the room? Whatever it is, that’s your personal brand, and in a world where ‘people buy people’ it helps them decide if they’re buying you. (And thanks to Google, that can happen before they’ve even met you.) This webinar offers an introduction to the subject of personal branding, as best-selling author Jennifer Holloway explains what a personal brand is, why you already have one and how to define it so you can remain authentic at all times.
Who should attend?
- C-suite executives who want to add the personal touch to their leadership.
- senior managers who want to learn how to get better buy-in from their teams.
- high potential employees who want to raise their visibility with their stakeholders.
- people from under-represented groups who want to highlight the value they contribute.
- anyone who wants to increase their confidence and, with it, their impact.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the session delegates will be able to identify:
- Why ‘doing a good job’ isn’t enough to be successful
- How first impressions are formed and how people gather clues to form them
- The importance of defining your personal brand to reflect your individuality
- How to adapt your brand to different audiences – while always being authentic
Speaker
When it comes to personal branding, Jennifer Holloway knows her stuff. She spent 15 years in corporate life doing PR and dealing with the media, before launching her own company in 2008, with her own brand at the heart of her business.
She now delivers personal brand keynotes, workshops and webinars, as well as one-to-one coaching, to some of the most recognisable brands in the world like HSBC, Tesco, Uber, Santander, Vodafone, Bupa, ITV and Harrods.
As the best-selling author of Personal Branding For Brits she’s taken what she’s learned and created a practical guide to blowing your own trumpet…without sounding like an idiot (whether you’re British or from any other country).
The webinar will be presented via MS Teams. The link to the session will be emailed to all booked attendees ahead of the event.
