Leadership Programmes 2024 Launch

The Insurance Institute of Leeds is pleased to announce that in 2024 we will once again be running our two headline leadership programmes – The Emerging Leadership Programme and The Building Champions Programme.

This breakfast event is designed to introduce you to both of these programmes allowing you to see at first hand what each of these programmes involves and what the benefits are. This will enable you to decide if you personally or someone who works for you will benefit from participating in either of these programmes which are free to attend for CII and PFS members.

The programmes are led by highly experienced practitioners in this field:

The Emerging Leadership Programme – Alison Clegg (Assoc CIPD), Director and Founder of Highridge HR Consultancy.

The Building Champions Programme – Jamie Peacock MBE, Ex England and GB Rugby League Captain, Building Champions Leadership Coach.

During the event you will hear from Jamie and Alison with an outline of the content contained within each course, how participants will benefit, key dates and testimonials from previous participants.

Breakfast rolls / refreshments are served at 8.30am, with the overview of the courses starting at 9.00am. The event will last one hour and will finish at 10am.
