Speaker Biography:
Helen Davies is an experienced insurance professional with 20 years’ experience in the industry, having worked across a range of roles within both personal lines and commercial insurance. This breadth of experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the insurance process from inception to renewal and claims.
Over the past 4 years, Helen have transitioned into a training role, delivering both remote and face to face learning to support individuals at various stages of their insurance careers. Through this role, she have developed a strong understanding of compliance requirements and FCA regulations, and the impact these have on insurance professionals and business practices.
