Course Information

Our profession is evolving, moving away from a fact-find and a product to the development of long-term professional relationships built around financial planning and forecasting, and ongoing financial management.

There is however great value in adding another stage to the process, one where the adviser helps the client understand themselves better, their dreams, motivation and aspirations, using powerful interpersonal skills used by professional coaches.

This three-step approach Coaching – Planning – Advice, differentiates the financial adviser and builds greater customer loyalty and a more resilient adviser business model.

This one-day intensive master class, designed specifically for financial advisers and planners, will show how you can use powerful interpersonal skills and techniques used by professional coaches to improve your clients’ and your understanding of their goals and motivation, connect with your clients on a deeper rational and emotional level and build strong rapport and trusted relationships.

The course participants will learn
