Resilience is fundamental to good mental health and success in business/work and life. This webinar explores how we can all develop resilience in ourselves and in our teams. This will include practical advice and tools to help you to build your and your team's resilience. The session is a mix of slides and interactive discussions designed to ensure effective learning in a short timeframe.

About the Speaker - Claire Russell

As one of the founders of Mental Health in Business, I help business owners to take care of the mental health of their employees - and to create mentally healthy workplaces, through training, education, coaching, culture change activities and support.

We offer accredited, market leading mental health first aid training from MHFA England, as well as bespoke training workshops and programs to help all businesses to effect real cultural change within their organisations- so that mental health is a priority and not a taboo.
