This talk will look at stress and anxiety in the workplace, how to recognise symptoms in yourselves and others and coping strategies.
This lecture should be of interest to both General Insurance and PFS members as well as office managers and HR professionals as in the modern workplace stress on are areas that are affecting more and more people.

Your Speaker - Dr Phil McCrea
An expert in occupational health with 30 years' experience of working full-time within this industry.
I have been a consultant in occupational medicine to over 1,000 corporate clients, and have extensive experience in the management of mental health issues in the workplace, specifically stress-related illness. I have acted as an expert on stress in 168 industrial tribunals and court appearances, more than any other occupational health practitioner in the UK.

My focus is to help BHSF become a national health and wellbeing provider of choice throughout the UK & Ireland.
