Cyber Security Standards - not for big companies anymore by Paul Rolison, Yellowspring

Hunt & Coombs Solicitors, Peterborough
Wednesday, 27 January 2016
12:30 pm – 2:00 pm (UK time)

Paul's talk is suitable for those in general insurance and financial services and will explain the latest standards introduced for all businesses and the existing Information security standards. HM Government has launched standards that are, at present, voluntary but for some businesses they will become mandatory on 1st October where some Government contracts are involved.

At the end of this event, delegates will be able to identify:

  1. the ever changing Cyber threats and how businesses need to organise themselves to deal with the threats and aftermath of a successful attack
  2. the opportunities and business benefits to be gained from understanding the threats and the options available to mitigate the risks to the business.

This event is free and open to members and non-members alike. As usual a buffet lunch will be provided. Please book your place(s) now so that we know how many people to cater for.
