Novus have once again teamed up with CYP for their first event of 2016 which sees the return of one the most popular events from 2015......Join us and see whether it will be 'detox' or 'retox' for you???

We all know the New Year is filled with resolutions and good intentions so will you continue to eat and drink like a saint...... or join the dark side with a secret menu for sinners? This February, we'll be heading to Cardiff Bay's leading healthy food destination, The Pure Kitchen - a favourite with world-renowned athletes, international rugby legends, football clubs and health enthusiasts!

Here you will be treated to a welcome drink of your choice on arrival - will you go for freshly pressed super juices versus oh-so-tempting fizz??

Followed by a full hot and cold buffet showcasing The Pure Kitchen's scrumptious array of clean food that is sure to please both tastebuds and waistlines (and is also said to boost brain-power - perfect after a long day in work, boardroom meetings and those client conferences). Plus freshly made drinks that are brimming with antioxidants and health-boosting properties.
