About the session:

What has been going on in the world of financial services, since the COVID-19 restrictions? This webinar will provide an update and a summary of the recent trends in complaints and case law.

The session will be run by Clare O'Sullivan and will cover the following learning objectives:

  • Current case law decided by the Courts;
  • What is going on in the FSCS and the FOS;
  • Regulatory responses to SIPP miss-selling and pension mis-selling; and
  • Any further developments.

About the speaker:

The seminar will be presented by Clare O'Sullivan from RDP Law. Clare is a senior associate solicitor in the litigation team specialising in financial services and regulatory disputes. Prior to that, she was an associate solicitor at Clarke Willmott and an associate at the FSA's (now the FCA ) enforcement team.
