About the event

The Pandemic has been a challenging time for near all of us, with most seeing big changes to both our work and personal lives.

A poll set by the CII in January 2021 found that almost 6 out of 10 their members have suffered depression, anxiety, emotional distress, or other mental health conditions during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

With this in mind, we have been really keen to host a Webinar to try and help support you with your Health & Wellbeing during these challenging times.

We are delighted to welcome former Welsh International Rugby star, Rob Sowden-Taylor who will be providing his expertise in this area and who will be discussing how we can look to improve our health & wellbeing in our daily lives.
