PO5 Revision Insurance Law Workshop

This workshop is ideal for anyone taking the P05 exam in October 2015. Delegates will need to have made at least a conscientious start on P05 studies, to benefit from the Day. Anyone working for the new M05 mixed assessment route will also find the day useful.

Attendees will work through an exam paper together, looking at style of answers and content.

Numbers are limited to 12

You will learn about

  • Common Law, Equity & Statute and how laws are created
  • Legal Persons - who can insure?
  • The origins & principles of old and new insurance law, including Disclosure & Interest
    Identify and learn to recall and use key legal precedents & statutes
  • Principles of tort, contract, agency, indemnity, subrogation & contribution
  • Tactics for effective study and suggested further reading, plus

You will also have plenty of opportunity to ask about any other areas troubling you!

A certificate of attendance is available, if requested at the time of booking. These will be mailed to participants after the event.
