February 25th 2021 - Webinar: Maintaining Motivation through the Pandemic

This webinar is arranged and hosted by the Bournemouth Young Professionals and NxtGen Bristol groups, working together to bring members relevant and engaging learning and support.

The work environment we are comfortable with has been temporarily been replaced by our homes, the place we relax. On top of this there is a great deal of uncertainty surrounding us so managing our motivation can be a challenge.

In this session we will explore our motivational energisers and tips for maintaining motivation whilst working from home.

Speaker
Samantha Ridgewell specialises in supporting insurance professionals develop their career potential. After starting her HR career Samantha completed her ACII and began supporting colleagues through their CII revision which is when she discovered her passion for Learning and Development, she has since gone on to set up Empower Development, a training company for insurance professionals.

Samantha supports development within the industry through her position on the CII Qualifications and Learning committee and through previous positions on the LMA Academy Committee and as Chair of the LMA Academy Sub-Training Group.
