This 1 hour webinar will introduce the concept of mental fitness and how specific skills and behaviours can lead to reduced stress and increased levels of wellbeing, both for individuals, teams, and organisations.

Speaker: Kristian Lees-Bell

Kristian is the founder of Natural Mind Hypnotherapy and a specialist in helping people use their minds to enjoy calmer, confident and more successful lives.

After overcoming chronic stage fright many years ago, he now helps others let go of stress, anxiety and negative behaviours using a tried and tested 3 step process.

For the last four years, he has helped over 250 individuals overcome issues as varied as panic attacks, addictions, weight loss, insomnia and low self-esteem. As a result, his clients now enjoy greater confidence, more energy and purpose, happier relationships and can finally live the life they deserve.

Audience:

The session is aimed at all CII/PFS members or guests who have an interest in mental health and wellbeing and how it can be improved through the skills and practices of mental fitness. On the webinar you will learn about a simple, evidence-based Mental Fitness model which can be used by individuals to help them improve their wellbeing proactively, and within teams and organisations to help their people deal more effectively with change and stressful situations.

Learning Objectives:

At the end of the session, attendees will:

  • Understand what Mental Fitness is and how it relates to mental health and wellbeing
  • Learn the 6 key Mental Fitness skills which enhance wellbeing and improve performance
  • Use the Mental Fitness Quadrant to assess your own mental fitness and then decide which of the 6 skills to apply in your own situation or work context
  • Hear about some case studies from the most common organisational, sports, and personal situations
