You are invited to join us for a commercial contract mock mediation and trial run in association wtih ARAG and 3PB Barristers.
Learning Objectives
- Understand why and when mediation may apply
- Observe a mock trial relating to a common contract dispute
- Observe legal argument s in action
- Gain knowledge of potential damages recoverable in a breach of contract case
- Understand how costs are awarded after judgement
The event will commence with registration at 9:00am and conclude at 12:00pm followed by lunch and networking.
This session is run in association with ARAG and 3PB Barristers.
