Clare Willmott invites you to their complaints handling seminar over breakfast on Wednesday 15 May 2019 from 8:30am.

At some point, everyone is likely to receive a complaint about one thing or another. It happens to us all.

We’ll be answering these questions for you:

  • What constitutes a complaint?
  • How can I best avoid receiving a complaint?
  • How should I deal with a complaint?
  • What should I know about liaising with the Financial Services Ombudsman Service, if the complaint gets that far?
  • What is “limitation” and the importance of the Limitation Act 1980?
  • Why are my terms of business so important?
