During this 1-hour webinar, participants will learn about the effects of stress, how to manage stress, the link between burnout and mental health and how to avoid burnout. The session is a mix of slides and interactive discussions designed to ensure effective learning in a short timeframe within an online environment.

Module 2 13th September 12:00: Resilience for Good Mental Wellbeing (1hr)

Resilience is fundamental to good mental health and success in business/work and life. This webinar explores how we can all develop resilience in ourselves and in our teams. This will include practical advice and tools to help you to build your and your team's resilience. The session is a mix of slides and interactive discussions designed to ensure effective learning in a short timeframe.

  • To explain the relationship between resilience and mental health
  • To help attendees identify factors that undermine resilience building
  • To help attendees to learn to understand and develop resilient behaviour
  • To explain the 10 key things you can do to develop your resilience

Module 3 20th September 12:00: Managing Anxiety through Change (1hr)

This webinar will explore anxiety, what it is, how and why it shows up in the workplace and what can be done to reduce the impact of anxiety on well-being and performance. Attendees will get practical tools and techniques to help them manage anxiety and to thrive at work and in life.

Module 4 27th September 12:00: Leading the Way on Organisational Wellbeing (1hr)

This webinar explores the fundamentals of organisational wellbeing as the world emerges from the grip of the Covid19 Pandemic. This is a great place to start if the key people in your organisation want to know what the components are of a successful mental health & wellbeing strategy.

Speaker Bio

Claire Russell has over 20 years of business ownership and corporate leadership experience, having established, run, sold and managed several businesses in the financial services sector. She is a professional speaker and has presented on a wide range of topics from business leadership and strategy to more personal inspirational and motivational talks drawing on her own life experience.

Claire's focus is now on mental health in the workplace and in business. She has considerable experience working, volunteering and advising in this area as well as her own very personal experience. She is an accredited mental health first aid trainer, TedX speaker and a committed listening volunteer with the Samaritans. Very few have the combined experience that Claire has - which she is determined to use to effect real change.
