Wellbeing Webinar: Men, It's OK to Talk
Talking is good for us. We all know that and yet some of us find it hard to talk about how we feel, especially when we aren’t feeling good. This session is aimed at men and those that would like to support the men in their lives. The aim of the session is to shine a light on why some men find it difficult to open up, to explore ways to support men when they are struggling and to share some alternative ways to process difficult stuff, for those who really don’t like talking. In this interactive session, attendees will develop an understanding of some of the challenges facing men today and will take away some helpful ways to support men (or themselves) through difficult times.

Employer's Liability
Many business have employees to conduct their business. Some businesses also use sub-contractors for certain elements of work to complete a project. This course will explore who is classed as an employee, and the associated risks that an employer carries. We will explore the relevant laws, regulation and guidelines issued by the Health & Safety Executive, alongside the consequences of not having the appropriate protection in place. ESG and the FCA
As interest in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) continues to grow, so does the need for sector specific guidance, potential regulation and reporting requirements. In November 2022 the FCA announced their refreshed ESG Strategy with the aim to “support the financial sector in driving positive change”. In this webinar we tackle what the FCA have to say about ESG, and why it is a priority on their regulatory agenda. We will explore the implications that their strategy and recent discussion paper consultation has for the insurance sector and regulated firms, and what it may mean for future ESG Regulation.
