Join us for this months Enabling Women's Careers Session. This session will be live online on Zoom. It will not be recorded as we aim to create an environment as close to an in person session as possible which is safe space for members to express themselves, network and grow. These sessions are for all levels of PFS and CII and future topics will be established from member feedback within the group. The sessions are facilitated by Caroline who is a Certified Coach and NLP Trainer, however, these sessions are an exploration for all and so please bring your top tips to share with other members of the group and be open to explore and encourage each other. Please allow up to 90 minutes for this session and have your camera on to be able to interact with the group.

Back by popular demand! The Chelmsford and South Essex CII are delighted to be able to offer a small number of people a full day introducing you to the core Neuro Linguistic Programming Communication Skills with a one day face to face course in Effective Communication with Neuro Linguistic Programming This fully packed day offers 8 hours of training in effective communication skills. When you complete the reflective coursework you will also receive a certification from Enabling Wings for 25 hours total qualification time. This is the first step in adding NLP as a professional skill to your toolkit. This session is suitable for all levels of development and for both PFS and Insurance CII Members. Whatever your role, learning NLP is said to act as a human software upgrade enhancing the way that you understand others and yourself to emprove outcomes.

Our Golf Secretary David Smith is hosting our next Golf day on Wednesday 18th September 2024 at Braintree Golf Club, Stisted. The day will commence with tea/coffee and bacon rolls at 11am followed by the first tee off will be at 12noon. After the golf there will be a 2 course meal and prize giving at around 5:30pm The subsidised price for this event is £49.50 per person. The dress code is casual for dinner. The Insurance Museum has a modest collection of items that stretch back to the 1650s. Join Howard Benge, Director of the Insurance Museum, to investigate these items in detail, how they help to tell the story of insurance and what other items the Insurance Museum will be using when it establishes a physical museum.
