Roger will talk about what environmental impairment liability policies cover and, just as importantly, what standard public liability policies don't.

-The background to the cover and how it dovetails and differs to public/products liability
-An overview of the history – including case law
-Examples of claims and our first hand experience in the agricultural market and SME
-The areas of importance to the underwriter/broker/loss adjuster
-The pitfalls of not highlighting key issues with potential and existing policyholders.
