Overview of the Session
Nigel Hewitt will discuss what we should expect from a drying contractor on water damage claims. I will also cover some of the potential issues that I look for when I undertake an inspection. This will include identifying the source of the moisture and measuring moisture content. I also touch on contamination issues and dry rot.

- Importance of having a basic understanding of how buildings are constructed
