Be Brave! Confident Communication, Personal Growth and Great Relationships

The Cumbria Institute of Insurance and Financial Planning invites you to join us at the Wild Boar Estate. Undermillbeck for light refreshments from 5pm before beginning Michael Quigley's workshop on the topic of Being Brave! Confidence Communication, Personal Growth and Great Relationships. We would love for you to join us as we continually strive to offer learning and growth opportunities for our members.
Confidence isn’t something you are born with- it’s something you can build.
Whether you are speaking up in meetings, having difficult conversations, giving feedback, presenting to clients or simply introducing yourself to new people, courage and communication are skills that can be developed.
In this interactive and inspiring workshop, Michael Quigley from Kataholos explores how we can become braver communicators whilst continuing to grow in a healthy and sustainable way. Drawing on psychology, neuroscience, education, leadership and real-life stories, you’ll leave with practical techniques that can be applied immediately in both your professional and personal life.
Timings for the evening:
5pm - 6pm - light refreshments/buffet
6pm - 8pm - CPD session
