This session will explore the key areas that brokers and insurers need to take into account when understanding the insured’s needs and the importance of ensuring that the right levels of cover are in place. The session will consider, in particular, the cause of the crisis, material damage insurance considerations as well as business interruption considerations, and will look forward to the rest of 2023 and beyond.
