The IASGs Professional Development Group is pleased to invite you to our next in person seminar, focussing on mental health and developing a mindset for success.

‘It’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters’ –Epictetus.

Shifting your mindset can have a huge impact on your mental wellbeing and your resilience in the long term. This session looks at victim mentality, self-empowerment and how to develop a growth mindset.

The session will be delivered by PVL Facilitator Sam Kiani.

Sam is a warm and engaging facilitator and professionally certified coach, built upon a strong career of more than 25 years within Financial Services Risk & Technology and as an entrepreneur, reaching Director and Senior Leadership Team level. She is passionate about helping transform ‘us’ and ‘them’ into ‘we’, restoring wholeness.
