This is the second part of 3 in our Masterclass sessions on Contractors Insurance.
In this session, Alan will discuss the Risks in Construction at the following stages of the build:
- The Design Stage
- The Construction Phase
- The Maintenance Period
- Post Completion
Also we'll examine the choices as to who insures within a contract works contract, Indemnities to Funders and Sub-contractors.
We'll explore policies that can be required in addition to a Contractors Cover e.g P.L, E.L, and Professional Indemnity.
The session will conclude with exploration of practical examples and contract interpretation.
