President's Message

I am both honoured and delighted to take on the role of President of the Hull Insurance Institute from April 2026 for the next two years.

The Institute has a proud history of supporting insurance professionals across our region, and I’m committed to building on that strong foundation while ensuring we continue to evolve and meet the needs of both current and future members.

A key focus of my presidency is to encourage wider engagement across our membership. Whether you are new to the profession or highly experienced, the Institute is here to support you. Increasing participation, attendance, and interaction will be central to ensuring we remain a vibrant and valuable professional community. Alongside this, I am keen to engage the next generation of insurance professionals and looking to help raise awareness of the opportunities within our industry and to inspire new talent to get involved.

We are always keen to welcome new volunteers to join our Council. Volunteering is not only a fantastic way to give back to the profession, but also a great opportunity for personal and professional development. I would strongly encourage anyone interested to get involved.
