Part Three: Tools to help change your inner conversation

Perfect for the beginning of the year, this four-part programme offers goal setting, tools, tips and strategies to achieve healthier thought patterns, boost confidence and reduce anxiety.
Feelings of self-doubt, inadequacy or a lack of confidence can be particularly prevalent among high achievers. This can lead to added stress, missed opportunities and burn out. Not only that, those who suffer with this can see saw between procrastination and perfectionism, which can hamper individual and team’s performance.
It would be ideal if you're able to sign up for all sessions as they build on each other, however they will be recorded so you can watch again if you register.
