This session broadens the conversation about workplace neurodiversity beyond autism, exploring ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and the experience of late diagnosis. It considers how different and overlapping neurodivergent traits may affect communication, organisation, workload, confidence and progression—and how workplaces can reduce unnecessary cognitive friction while enabling people to contribute at their best
