Neurodiversity at Work - Adjustments, Support and Better Management Conversations
Following the first webinar’s focus on the psychology of neuroinclusion, based on your feedback, this practical session explores what managers, colleagues and organisations can actually do to support neurodivergent people more effectively at work.
The session will examine how neurodivergent behaviours can be misread as attitude, motivation or competence issues, and how better conversations can reduce misunderstanding. It will cover practical approaches to workplace adjustments, disclosure, possible or late diagnosis, communication, meetings, workload, sensory demands, recovery and psychological safety.
The aim is to move beyond awareness and into usable managerial practice: clearer expectations, lower friction, better support and more accurate interpretation of behaviour.
