Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will be held at 6.30pm on 5th May 2016 at Crooklands Hotel, followed by a networking session with our friendly council to see how our networking and educational opportunities can help you.

5. To receive and, if approved adopt the Honorary Treasurers accounts for the year to 31st March 2016.
6. To received and, if approved, adopt the President and Councils report for the year 2015/16 President's Report

Note 1: Apologies must be received by the Secretary in writing in advance of the Meeting
Note 2: Copies of the Minutes of the last AGM will be available at the Meeting, plus further below.
Note 3: Should any member wish to raise a matter under ‘Any Other Business' it will be necessary for details to be provided to the Secretary prior to the Meeting.
Note 4. Copies of the accounts will be available prior to the meeting.
