Annual Dinner 2026
We are delighted to announce that our Annual Dinner returns on 6th February 2026 within the spectacular but relaxed atmosphere of the New Dock Hall at The Royal Armouries, Leeds.
After another successful event in early 2025 we are expecting a bumper attendance. We do hope you will be able to join us and to bring with you as many friends, colleagues and clients as possible!
A fun evening is guaranteed with all the usual entertainment. Back by popular demand…casino tables and Func on the Rocks live band!
The reception will commence at 6.30pm with dinner served at 7.15pm. The bar in the foyer will be open from 6.30pm.
The dress code is black tie or evening/cocktail wear. Formalities will be kept to a minimum to allow more time for social networking after the dinner itself.
Bookings
It will assist us with the planning if bookings can be made as early as possible.

Alternatively, feel free to book smaller parties or individual places at £75 per head, or we do have a limited number of 12 person tables available too. Charity: We will be raising funds for our chosen charity, Leeds South & East Foodbank. Please remember to bring cash on the evening for the envelopes provided. Alternatively, online donations can be made via our JustGiving page here.
Dietary requirements: Menu below. Please note, due to the size of the event this is not a choice menu. Kindly submit here any guest dietary or allergy requirements by Monday 19th January 2026 so we can accommodate your needs.
Drinks pre-order: Drinks can be pre-ordered directly through the venue via this link: https://royalarmouries.events-booking.co.uk/drinks-pre-order. When ordering, please clearly state your company name. The deadline for pre-orders is 12:00 on the 4th February.
Place cards: There will be place cards on the tables to write on. Access for hosts is from 6pm to do this with time to place where you wish for people to sit.
Accommodation: For anyone requiring overnight accommodation, the institute has reserved rooms at the Holiday Inn Express, adjacent to the New Dock Hall. The cost is £85 per room including breakfast on a first come, first served basis. Please reserve directly here: Holiday Inn Express Hotel Leeds. Enter the dates and the special rate should appear.
