Annual General Meeting 2026

We propose our Annual General Meeting to take place on Tuesday 3rd March 2026 at 12pm, and will take place via live stream.

We welcome and encourage members to take part to hear from YOUR Council about plans for the upcoming Presidential year. For online registrations, link details will be provided ahead of the meeting (via booking confirmation).

All Council nominations are now invited and will be approved at the AGM.

Please contact us at leedsinstitute@cii.co.uk 14 days prior to the AGM if you would like to apply for a position on council, make an objection(s) to any of the points or to request a copy of the 2025/2026 Annual Report or AGM 2025 minutes. 

The existing Council recommends that members vote in favour of all the resolutions being proposed at the AGM, which they consider to be in the best interests of the institute as a whole.

Please note that each member of council has to be on a committee.
