Rob Northfield has over 40 years’ experience in leadership training and business development, and has run several successful training companies.

His career in the training and coaching business started out in Dale Carnegie Training in the 80s. He founded 2inspire (which later became Quarterdeck) and developed an Inspirational Leadership Programme. Now properly retired, Rob spends his time relaxing and taking on charitable ventures.

Tony Dorigo was born in Australia but became eligible to represent England after securing British citizenship. Tony was a key part of the England Football Squad at major competitions for 6 years, including the Euros twice and the 1990 World Cup. Having worked with some of the top names in world football – players, coaches and managers – Tony now enjoys a varied career including media work. Away from his broadcasting work he has been involved in a variety of business interests and ambassadorial roles including working in the field of leadership training and development for businesses and a commercial football consultancy.
