Annual Dinner 2027
On behalf of our President, Isaac Pollitt, we are delighted to announce that our Annual Dinner returns on 5th February 2027 within the spectacular but relaxed atmosphere of the New Dock Hall at The Royal Armouries, Leeds.
After another successful event in early 2026 we are expecting a bumper attendance. We do hope you will be able to join us and to bring with you as many friends, colleagues and clients as possible!
A fun evening is guaranteed with all the usual entertainment.
The reception will commence at 6.30pm with dinner served at 7.15pm. The bar in the foyer will be open from 6.30pm.
The dress code is black tie or evening/cocktail wear. Formalities will be kept to a minimum to allow more time for social networking after the dinner itself.
Bookings
It will assist us with the planning if bookings can be made as early as possible.

Alternatively, feel free to book smaller parties or individual places at £75 per head, or we do have a limited number of 12 person tables available too. Charity: Our President's nominated charity for the year this year is Bradford Teaching Hospital’s Neonatal Appeal. Please remember to bring cash on the evening for the envelopes provided. Alternatively, online donations can be made via our JustGiving page.

Place cards: There will be place cards on the tables to write on. Access for hosts is from 6pm to do this with time to place where you wish for people to sit.
Accommodation: Holiday Inn information
For anyone requiring overnight accommodation, the institute has reserved rooms at the Holiday Inn Express, adjacent to the New Dock Hall. The cost is £85 per room including breakfast on a first come, first served basis. Rooms will be held until 28 days prior, rooms or rate not guaranteed after this date
