Financial Awareness WebEx Training Session 2
This course is aimed at all colleagues that engage with clients.
We focus on how to better understand and interpret a client’s Report and Accounts, in order to enable you to have better, more informed, conversations with your clients.
The course is a mix of presentation and a ‘hands on’ exercise, which will look at the key elements of a client’s Financial Statement, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
We also incorporate an overview of the payment options available to a client which, given the current ‘transitioning market’ combined with Covid 19 ‘complications,’ is likely to be a conversation that more clients will be wanting, with many likely to be looking for alternative payment options than we have seen before.
At the end of this session delegates will be able to demonstrate an understanding of:
- How to interpret a client's Report & Accounts
- How to have better, more informed conversations with clients
- The key elements of a client’s Financial Statement including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- The payment options available to a client
